ENGR. REY L. RALOTA, the Vice-President for Marketing & Finance is registered Civil Engineer who finished his Civil Engineering course at Cebu Institute of Technology in 1983. A License Broker, with Broker License Number 2003-240(R) ; VII-237-2003 and a Registered Geodetic Engineer and finished his career at the University of Southern Philippines in 1995 and finished his Master In Public Management at the University of Philippines Cebu in 1989.
